An Adaptive Auto-Synthesizer using Online PAT Feedback to Flexibly Perform a Multistep Reaction

We developed an autonomous reaction platform that can carry out a one-pot, multi-step reaction. My work in this project is to develop an algorithm that can accurately characterize the endpoint of a reaction based on raw data given by analytical equipment like HPLC and IR.
